In vivo high contents screening system using zebrafish models of various human diseases

We constructed metabolic syndrome and human cancer transplant models of
zebrafish for high contents and throughput in vivo screening systems. These systems are suitable for drug discovey and functional food screening. Furthermore, we conduct the transcriptome analysis to reveal the mechanism
of the therapeutic compounds.
